Marina Residence Pools are emptied?
Is there any truth in the rumor that over the weekend the Marina Residence swimming pools were emptied. If so then for what reason?
We heard that it was due to non payment of service charges which I simply dont believe. If true then we have a huge problem as civil war will be breaking out next.
I will look into this tomorrow and report as the consequences are too painful to imagine.
I would say have a look at www.edwardsandtowers.com for some good Marina Residence properties to buy or rent but you may be better looking at Shoreline Apartments or even Fairmont Residence.

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely true. Nakheel has drained all six pools two weeks ago. Officially Nakheel is saying that this is for maintenance reasons however when pressed on the matter thay have said it is because many owners have not paid their dues. I have personally heard them say this both when I called to complain and visited their office. Furthermore, signs have been posted in the elevators last month indicating that cooling for the entire building will be disconnected on June 24th!
